If the paid stay is booked for Beach Palace, Sun Palace, Playacar Palace, Cozumel Palace or Isla Mujeres, the free stay may be booked for one of these resorts.
• Once the first reservation is fully paid, the free stay will be booked at the same room category and same number of people; if additional people is added to the free stay after is booked, will apply by paying the applicable preferential rate.
• Free stay cannot be booked at a higher room category as the paid stay, but free stay can be booked at a lower room category as the paid stay.
• This promotion doesn’t  apply for Villas or The Residence.
• The free stay may be booked to travel during the same dates of the paid stay, or for a future stay within 2020 (except week 52), it can only be booked as immediate ase don when the reservation that generated the free stay is booked for 5 nights or more. Some restrictions may apply.

• Both stays are transferable.
