• Applies on stays at Palace Resorts, Moon Palace, The Grand at Moon Palace Cancun and Le Blanc Spa Resorts
• Applies with preferential Non Refundable rate only.
• Reservation must be for the same people during the entire stay; Reservation cannot be transfer in between dates.
• Stay must be on the same resort during the long stay reservation.
• This promotion applies on Standard Room Category, Family Suites and Presidencial Suites
• Displayed rates apply for Standard room categories for 2 adults. Ask your reservation agent for more details on other room categories.
• Family Suites and Presidential Suites are limited to the number of access stipulated under contract.
• This promotion does not apply in the Villas or The Residence.
• This promotion does not apply for free upgrades.
• This promotion does not apply with Incentive or Anniversary weeks.
• Reservation is Non Refundable.
• Members booking with Premier weeks under contract will apply for $1,500 in Resort Credit per week.
• Members booking with Premier nights under contract, will apply for up to $2,500 in Resort Credit during the entire stay.
• Plus Plan will apply. Some restrictions may apply.
• *Do not apply to travel during week 52, which includes the nights of December 23rd – January 3rd.

• No re-bookings allowed. This promotion will not apply when canceling an already booked reservation for the same month, even if the new reservation is for a different Palace Resort Property.

Teens & Kids Stay Free at family resorts:

• A minimum of 14 nights stay is required.
• This promotion does not apply during week 52 ( December 24 – January 3)
• Promotion valid for all applicable children per reservation.
• For family category, the payment of two minors apply. Ask your reservation agent for more details.
• Must be traveling with at least one adult per room.
• Children must be 17 or under at the time of travel in order to qualify.
• Child’s age must be reported in the reservation and proof of age will be required upon check-in.
• In the event the age of the child is over 17 years at the time of check-in, the difference in rate will be charged upon check-in directly to the guest. Promotion is based on arrival date.
• Reservations with overlapping dates are allowed; Kids and Teens Free will apply for nights within travel window of this promotion.
